Our Mr Edward Chung (Eddy Chung) was called to the English Bar in 1981. He chambered in Messrs. Skrine &Co under the pupillage of Anantham K and was called to the Malaysian Bar on 13th November. 1982. He prac- tised as a legal assistant at Messrs. James Fong & Anad until May, 1983 when he left and set up his own firm under the style and name of Messrs. Eddy Chung & Co.
He handles various types of litigation matters specialising in torts, criminal cases and divorce proceedings. He isreputed as a good source and inspiration to the legal fraternity for his years of dedication, commitment and involvement in the legal practise.
Besides being reputed as a well-known and respected legal practitioner, he is also keen and interested in Information Technology and is actively involved in the introduction of Information Technology to the legal industries together with the support of P&O Global Technologies Sdn. Bhd and has advised and written the LitigatePower.
He is currently supervising the litigation department and handles the portfolio of Public Bank Berhad, Malaysia Building Society Berhad, AmBank Berhad, and various condominium projects.

Rizal Nasarudin
Partner

Emyshimy Rizal Bin Nasarudin graduated from University of Malaya with Bachelor of Laws (LL.B Hons.) In 2007. He obtained his Master in Enforcement of Law (MEL) from UiTM on 2020.
After graduated from LL.B, he started his chambering at Messrs. Abdul Halim Usha at Brickfields.
After called to the Bar on 2009, he joined Messrs. Richard Tallala & Harum wherein he exposed more with general litigation, industrial relation and construction matters.
He ceased practice on 2012 when he was working at Messrs. Chung Hasnal & Partners. He joined several government agencies from that year to 2022. He was working, among others, Majlis Perbandaran Klang, Majlis Bandaraya Subang Jaya and Suruhanjaya Persaingan Malaysia.
On 2022 he left as a government servant and on 2023, he continued his practice when he rejoined Messrs. Chung Hasnal Partners

Mohamad Adam Mukhriz Bin Mohamad Lokman

Mohamad Adam Mukhriz bin Mohamad Lokman graduated from International Islamic University Malaysia with a Bachelor of Laws in 2023.
He started an Internship Programme as an intern student at Messrs. Azhar Wan Tariq & Co. for three (3) months in 2022 during his 3rd year study and has been exposed to litigation and also conveyancing under the direct guidance of the partners and lawyers of this firm.
He commenced his pupillage at the same firm of Messrs. Azhar Wan Tariq & Co. in September 2023. During his chambering tenure, he was exposed to various key fields such as Banking and Finance Litigation, General Litigation, Conveyancing, Probate and Administration and Small Estate Distribution. He successfully completed his pupillage in June 2024.
He had been called to the Bar and was admitted as an Advocates & Solicitors of the High Court of Malaya in July 2024.
In August 2024, he started his legal career as an Advocate and Solicitor with Messrs Chung, Hasnal & Partners as a Legal Associate and attached to the Litigation Department in order to enhance his legal knowledge as well as to gain more experience in this legal profession

Nurul Raihana Binti Mat Piah

Ms Nurul was admitted to the Malaysian Bar in October 2024 and holds a Bachelor of Laws and Shariah with Honours from Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia.
In 2022, Ms Nurul underwent a four (4) month industrial training with the Magistrate Court under the direct guidance of the Magistrate and continues to explore the legal field by serving for one (1) year at a legal department of a government agency relating to corporate matters which exposed and familiarised her with both the court proceedings and corporate-related legal documents and agreements.
She then went on to complete her pupillage at Messrs Sharmala & Sylvia Liew in which, while primarily focusing on conveyancing matters, Ms Nurul has also work on tasks related to litigation and contracts.
As at October 2024, Ms Nurul joins the conveyancing department of Messrs Chung, Hasnal & Partners as a Legal Associate and is currently handling various conveyancing matters, aiding to refinement of her skills in handling real estate property transaction, drafting and vetting agreements as well as preparing conveyancing-related legal instruments.

Zuraini Binti Zulkifli
Management & Firm’s Secretary
Our Puan Zuraini Binti Zulkifli is a Conveyancing Clerk of Messrs Anuar Hong & Ong on 1998, a Senior Conveyancing Secretary of Messrs KK Lim & Co on 2007 and a Conveyancing Senior Executive cums Office Manager of Messrs Saida Karima & Co on 2015 andsubsequently on July 2019 joined Messrs. Chung Hasnal & Partners as Senior Conveyancing Secretary.
She is entrusted with the task of spear heading the Firm’s conveyancing department. She also contributes significantly in supervising any legal documentations and project undertaken by the pervioud Firm. Throughout her years in conveyancing, she has accumulated extensive knowledge and vast experiences such as in sale and purchase, banking, transfer of properties, joint venture agreements, real estate aspects of property financing and tenancy agreements, among others. She is also well versed in both conventional and Islamic banking procedures.
She has extensive knowledge and vast experience in managing operation and planning of control is responsible and part of the Firm’s management team in achieving the Firm’s target and seeking to positively influence the progression and growth of the Firm.
She has at all times been able to meet all the high standard of expectation and strict requirements set by various conveyancing practices, banking and property developers in the completion of sale and purchase agreements, including meeting deadlines with ease. This includes the turnaround expectation periods set by the financiers for the release of all end financing to various property developers, so as to ensure that no purchaser is burdened with late payment interest. Due to her commitment to all the files she handles and her attention to details, she is able to create a strong bond and mutual respect with all the Firm’s clients.
She is also experienced in assisting the calling and conveying of annual general meeting of management corporation and thus is knowledgeable in such all areas. Soo Kok Weng
Office Manager
Our Soo Kok Weng is a Conveyancing Clerk of Messrs Manjit Singh Sachdev, Mohammad Radzi & Partners on 2005, Messrs Chung, Gan & Yap on 2008 and Messrs Ravi Moorthi, Noriza, Mala & Partners on 2010 and currently now in Messrs Chung, Hasnal & Partners as Manager.
His portfolio comprises, inter alia, conveyancing matters, estate matters, retail banking and all matters incidental to conveyancing and general banking. He is well revised in both conventional and Islamic banking procedures.
He is entrusted with the task of spear heading the Firm’s Conveyancing Department. He also attending to the Marketing on the Client, Agent, Bank and any cases assigned to the firm and responsible and part of the Conveyancing team in achieving the Firm’s target;
He is also responsible to deal and maintain the business relationship with the clients of the firm especially the banker, developers and corporate bodies from Government and Private Sector and able to meet all the high standard expectation and strict requirement set by various conveyancing practices, bankin including meeting deadlines with ease.
