CH@ps’ Professional Indemnity Insurance liability are insured up to sum of Ringgit Malaysia Five Million (RM5,000,000.00) only. The Professional Indemnity Policy for CH@ps under the Act for the Mandatory cover is RM400,000.00 and Top Up Cover Schedule is RM100,000.00 for the total sum RM500,000.00 with Aon Insurance Broker @ Pacific Oriental Insurance Co. Berhad and lawyers Professional Indemnity Policy second Excess Layer with Lonpac Insurance Bhd is RM4,500,000.00 only.
